As a Habit Accelerator Brotherhood Member you belong to an exclusive circle of men who are willing to sacrifice comfort and do whatever it takes to reach their goals – in a way that very few are willing to do: You take responsibility for your goals and are willing to report to a coach on your progress.

You are here because you want to do more of what builds your vision and to get rid of bad habits that pull you in the other direction. And Accountability plays an essential role in that. Because we are social beings. If nobody is watching, we behave differently and betray our self-imposed ideals far more easily.

To make it even easier for you to advance in your training, I have implemented a whole new Accountability experience for you. But enough talking. Let’s see why you will hate me tomorrow – and what you will thank me for later.

1. Daily Planning and Reporting

You will die. Therefore time is your most important asset. Therefore the very first things you learn in Habit Accelerator are the time management techniques of millionaires and billionaires.

  • You plan your next day in the evening with the Stoic Day Planner which you can download under every Episode of the coaching program. The Stoic Day Planner is a simple yet powerful time management tool that is responsible for Habit Accelerators around the world dominating every day.
  • Before you plan the next day you send us an Evening Report. That is a second photo of your plan of the day in the evening on which you have marked with a ✅ (checkmark) on the left side of each line what you have actually accomplished. And with a cross ❌ for every line for things you have not done or not done well.

2. Daily Action Items

  • After every Episode there are specific daily action items which help you install the high performance habit.
  • Schedule them in your day and record proof that you actually did the action items as mentioned in the Episode.

3. Daily Accountability Check-in

Once per day you submit proof to us that you are actually doing what you said you will do. Typically you submit these things on a daily basis:

  • Your Evening Report
  • Proof of your daily action items
  • Proof of individual habits that are needed to overcome your personal challanges
  • Your Stoic Day Planner for the next day

You submit your daily items via the dedicated Accountability Chat.

2. We Watch You And Document

1. Daily review and feedback by an Accountability Coach (Mon – Fri)

You’re not alone on your journey. Many men fight alongside you every day and submit their daily action items together with you. Our goal is to review your results day by day from Monday to Friday. This way you either get a fast positive feedback, or a fast ass-kicking, which is essential for implementing habits. All items are reviewed manually, which is why we hired new accountability coaches to meet the big demand. Also, we are constantly adding new accountability coaches to the team as the Habit Accelerator Brotherhood is growing to ensure a stable Accountability Experience for you.

2. Visual Habit Tracking and documentation

A game changer for building habits is the brand new visual habit tracking system. It’s your personal Google Doc that creates a visual cue and is a daily reminder for you to stick to your new high performance habits. It is highly motivating to see the progress over time. But most importantly it provides a big motivation to not break your streak.

  • Every Habit Tracker is individually crafted to document the daily habits you need to follow in order to reach your goals
  • No cheating: Only the Habit Accelerator Accountability coaches have writing access to your Habit Tracker. You only get writing access after graduation.
  • They mark your daily progress only after reviewing your daily submissions. This way you really have to live up to your own standards.
  • To push you even further, we can define punishments in case you do not maintain your habits for a defined period of time.

3. The Go All In Challenges

If You Are Sick Of Your Own Shit

It’s hard to live up to your standards.

How would you act if your money or reputation were on the line?

Old habits have a very annoying habit of making us fall back into old patterns of behavior. And I’m not going to lie, in everyday life it’s not always easy to maintain your high performance habits. But you don’t have a choice, if you want to get to a new level in your life, you have to get your habits to a new level first. And we will put the necessary pressure on you to actually make a change.

The following challenges are optional. You can start them at any time by filling out the respective form on the Accountability Check-in page. Use them responsibly:

1. The Brotherhood Challenge:

Do what you said you will do OR your brothers will know

How it works:

  1. When you submit the form, you define in advance when you want your brothers to know about your laziness, e.g. when you have not submitted any action items for 2 days in a row.
  2. Alex posts a screen shot of your Habit Tracker with a link to your Instagram profile as a private story, so your personal loss is visible for 24 hours to all Habit Accelerator clients.

2. The Public Challenge:

Do what you said you will do OR the world will know

How it works:

  1. When you submit the form, you define in advance when you want everybody to know about your laziness, e.g. when you have not submitted any action items for 3 days in a row.
  2. Alex posts a screen shot of your Habit Tracker with a link to your Instagram profile as a public story, so your personal loss is visible for 24 hours to all his followers and other people who view his stories.

3. The Money Challenge:

Do what you said you will do OR pay $100

How it works:

  1. When you submit the form, you define in advance how much you will pay, e.g. when you have not submitted any action items for 3 days in a row.
  2. We hold you accountable on your promise and review if you stick to your word.
  3. If you break the defined rules you have to pay the amount you defined.

The Proof of your Discipline:

If your Visual Habit Tracker is Green only I will let your brothers know. And the world.

Since the Visial Habit Tracker is only updated by accountability coaches, it sets a new standard in the industry. It is a proof of your good habits and discipline like never before. You can share the link to your Habit Tracker with other people and they will know at a glance how your self-discipline is doing.

I will also share your Visial Habit Tracker with your brothers or the world. If it looks good. But never without your permission.

You cannot become what you want by remaining what you are.
